Simone Schilder
Simone Schilder was born in Erfurt, Germany. Since 2008 she has been living in Madeira (Funchal) and Mallorca (Palma de Mallorca). Her career as a professional artist began with the well-known artist group Caravel in Funchal. Her works have been presented in several international exhibitions such as the exhibition “Island 2018” in Madeira in the Art Center Caravel. Her artistic work is currently exhibited on this website and live at the port of Funchal on Madeira. Based on a report by Westdeutscher Rundfunk in summer 2020, her work in front of the Cathedral of Palma de Mallorca has become popular in German-speaking countries.
